ZELVANT PERFORMANCE
DISCLAIMER
All tuning services and performance modifications offered by Zelvant are strictly intended for off-road or track use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Results from tuning may vary depending on multiple variables, including but not limited to vehicle condition, hardware configuration, fuel quality, environmental factors, and driver behavior.
Before performing any tune, Zelvant recommends that the vehicle undergo a comprehensive health inspection by our team or a certified service provider. This includes — but is not limited to — oil and fluid levels, spark plugs, ignition coils, fuel delivery systems, turbocharger condition, and any known fault codes. Tuning a mechanically compromised or poorly maintained vehicle may result in engine failure, drivability issues, or component damage. Proceeding without these checks is at the customer’s own risk.
By purchasing or authorizing any Zelvant tune or service, the customer accepts full responsibility for the outcome and agrees that:
* Zelvant does not offer refunds under any circumstance once a tune has been installed or flashed.
* Tune reversions or changes based on user dissatisfaction are not part of standard policy.
* A 2-day support window is offered strictly to address critical issues directly related to the tune itself. After this period, all liability for further use lies with the customer.
* Zelvant shall not be held responsible for any vehicle malfunction, breakdown, or warranty voidance after tuning, especially if related to pre-existing mechanical issues or improper modifications.
Zelvant reserves the right to decline tuning any vehicle that fails pre-check requirements or exhibits signs of mechanical risk.
Performance tuning is a high-risk modification. It is your responsibility to understand and accept these risks before proceeding. Always comply with local regulations and emissions laws.
Use responsibly.
